Join us for a demonstration of how to make the noodles that go into the popular soup noodle dish ramen with Tim Anderson.

Tim is an American-British chef, writer, and broadcaster who specializes in Japanese gastronomy. Well known for his victory on BBC One’s Masterchef in 2011, Tim is the author of five cookbooks on Japanese cuisine.

After each demonstration, participants will have the opportunity to try some of Tim's hiyashi chūka, a cold noodle dish that is popular in the summer.  This recipe comes from Tim's sixth book, Ramen Forever, and guests will also have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of the book before its general release on 28 September.
