Visit Japan House London’s Travel Information Area on the Ground Floor to discover and discuss your next adventure in Japan with the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO).

The Travel Information Area is run by the JNTO team, offering guidance and recommendations on where to visit in Japan and supplying additional material such as maps and brochures to help you plan your travels.

A member of JNTO staff is available for consultations at the following times: Monday – Friday: 11:00–12:30 & 14:00–17:30 on a first come first served basis. Consultations last up to 30 minutes. If you would like to make use of this service, please simply drop by the Travel Zone on the Ground Floor.

Travel brochures are available at any time during Japan House London opening hours.

The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) is a public organization of the Japanese Government, promoting Japan as a leisure and business destination and helping international visitors delve deeper into Japanese cultures. Among other activities, the JNTO London office disseminates information on Japan, conducts publicity and exhibitions about travel to Japan and develops tours to Japan. If you would like to get in touch with the JNTO directly, please contact them here.

Please note that JNTO does not sell or provide any holiday booking services, including the Japan Rail Pass, nor offers detailed planning for your trip – it is an advisory service.
