TASTINGS & TALK
Sake Week at Japan House
日本酒トークと試飲会
To celebrate the start of London Sake Week organized by JFOODO, Japan House is collaborating with NTA to offer sake tasting over three days.
There will also be an introduction to sake and tutored sake tasting session for those who would like to gain a deeper understanding of this versatile alternative to wine.
Do you think sake only goes with sushi? In fact, sake's various flavours, textures and temperatures perfectly match a whole range of dishes such as oysters, cheese, prosciutto, fish and chips, steak and more. Join us at Japan House from Thursday 21 to Saturday 23 February to learn more about sake and to discover new ways to enjoy it.
London Sake Week will be held at restaurants in the heart of London from Friday 22 February to Sunday 3 March 2019. During Sake Week participating restaurants offer customers ordering from a special menu a free cup of sake.
Guests must be over 18 years old to participate in sake tastings.
Japan House London will operate a Challenge 25 policy during events, so guests who look under 25 may be asked to show proof of age. Japan House London reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to guests.
Please drink responsibly. Visit drinkaware.co.uk for more information.
