Japan House London can host meetings and conferences of all sizes, from an intimate board meeting to a conference for up to 140 guests.

For small meetings, you can choose between the beautiful Library, surrounded by collections of books on Japanese culture and innovation, or the special and serene Tatami Room.

The Hall, with its retractable seating, transformability and selection of tables and chairs can host conferences and talks for up to 140 guests. Depending on your event size the Lobby leading to the Hall can be included in the venue hire, as a registration and welcome area for your event.

In-house experts, including the venue hire team and audio-visual technicians, will ensure that your event runs smoothly.

If you require catering, our trusted suppliers can accommodate all your needs. Japan House London also offers Day Delegate packages, which provide an inclusive package for events.
