The event featured Hosoya Yūichi, Professor of International Politics at Keio University and Alessio Patalano, Reader in East Asian Warfare and Security in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. It was chaired by Jennifer Lind, Associate Fellow in the Asia-Pacific Programme at Chatham House.
