Coronavirus - Update
Temporary closure of Japan House London
National lockdown rules apply in England, which means that Japan House London must remain temporarily closed to help stop the spread of COVID-19. We will only reopen when it is permitted and safe to do so.
Join us online
Despite our doors being closed, the Japan House London team is committed to keeping you in touch with Japanese culture and innovation. The recordings of our diverse online events, which have been enjoyed by so many since March 2020, are available both on Facebook and YouTube.
In addition to the virtual tour of our Anno's Journey: The World of Anno Mitsumasa exhibition, it is also now possible to access our Architecture for Dogs exhibition virtually from wherever you are in the world.
See our Videos and Stories pages to understand more about Japanese crafts, cultures, arts and technologies at your leisure. Keep up to date with all of our activities and plans for reopening on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, and be the first to hear about upcoming events by signing up to our eNewsletter.
