If you experience an issue, our aim is to resolve it while you are with us so that you can leave looking forward to your next visit. Please approach any member of our Visitor or Retail Experience teams if you have a question, comment, or complaint.

If we are unable to resolve the matter immediately, your feedback will be recorded, and a member of the team will follow up with you by phone or email within 14 days.

Due to the volume of correspondence that we receive, it is not always possible to respond to feedback received, however every piece of correspondence received is read, recorded and where necessary, acted upon.
